  • Executing the agreement between the User and the Administrator for the provision of electronic services, including account creation, order fulfillment, complaint handling, issuance of certificates, tracking, and comparing learning progress, as well as for contact and informational purposes – based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for contract performance or pre-contractual actions).
  • Contacting the User for agreement execution – based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (processing necessary for the Administrator’s legitimate interest in ensuring proper agreement execution).
  • Fulfilling tax settlements and maintaining accounting records – based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (processing necessary for compliance with legal obligations under tax and accounting regulations).
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement between the User and the Administrator (failure to provide data results in the inability to conclude and perform the Agreement).

Data Processing Related to the Contact Form

The processing purposes related to data provided in the contact form include:

  • Communication with the User regarding messages sent via the contact form – based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to initiated contact).
  • Establishing, pursuing, or defending against potential claims between the User and the Administrator – based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in claim enforcement).
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement between the User and the Administrator (failure to provide data results in the inability to conclude and perform the Agreement).

Data Processing Related to Newsletter Subscription

The processing purposes related to data provided for the newsletter include:

  • Sending the newsletter to the User’s provided email address (execution of the service based on the Agreement on newsletter service provision) – based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for contract performance or pre-contractual actions).
  • Marketing of the Administrator’s own services and products – based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in direct marketing of products and services).
  • Establishing, pursuing, or defending against potential claims between the User and the Administrator – based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in claim enforcement).
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement between the User and the Administrator (failure to provide data results in the inability to conclude and perform the Agreement).

Data Disclosure

User data may be disclosed to the following entities:

  • Fakturownia – Fakturownia Sp. z o.o., 00-389 Warsaw, ul. Juliana Smulikowskiego 6/8, NIP: 5213704420 – for the purpose of using an invoicing system where user data is processed during invoice issuance.
  • MailerLite – Jono Basanavičiaus g. 15, Vilnius 03108, Lithuania – for the purpose of using a mailing system where user data of newsletter subscribers is processed.

User activity on the Platform may be logged for administrative purposes.

International Data Transfers

Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (countries other than the European Union, Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein) unless the conditions specified in Chapter V of the GDPR are met.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to amend the privacy policy. Changes will be introduced if required by law or technological developments affecting the website’s operation. The current and archived versions of the privacy policy will always be available on the website.
